Prep Team

Our Prep Team consists of gymnasts who are invited from our recreational classes based on their aptitude for gymnastics and desire to one day be a part of our competitive program. These young athletes train 3 days a week and focus on the basic skills and lessons needed to advance in the sport.

Junior Team

Our Junior Teams train compulsory levels 3-5 and compete at several meets a year as they form the skillset to move towards more advanced gymnastics. Junior Teams train 4 days a week.

Senior Team

Our Girl's Senior Team is made up of the strongest optional level competitors. These girls train up to 6 days a week and travel to complete at the local, regional, and national level. Several have earned the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level. Check our our Alumni Page!
